In this channel you can see how to activate the system for professional mailing in WhatsApp tool.

Step 1
You must connect the WhatsApp number from which you want to send.
The connection is made through the application in the whatsapp web menu

Highlights:
You can send from one WhatsApp number at a time.
After scanning the barcode, the WhatsApp is saved in the system until it is changed to another number.

Step 2
You must select the date for sending messages.
If you want to load an Excel file, see how to create a suitable file for the system according to steps 3-6.
If you want to load all your contacts, select the indicated button and skip to step 7.
If you want to load your WhatsApp groups, select the indicated button and skip to step 7.

Step 3 for Excel:
create new Excel file.
The file must be created as follows:
Cube A1 will be written "Number" where the first letter is big and the rest are small. Under this cube you can put unlimited numbers intended for sending.

Highlights:
The file can be with/without a country code and without 0 at the beginning of the number.
The file will not be loaded into the system if it is not arranged exactly like this.

Step 4 for Excel:
The Excel file must be saved in text format (ms-dos)

Step 5 for Excel:
The text file you created must be loaded into the system.
After the file is loaded, check the existing option under number field: col0 is the second column next to the numbers.

If you want the system to automatically remove duplicates, check the appropriate button.

Step 6 for Excel:
Choose the appropriate format to find the file on your computer.

Step 7
Adding a country code

Highlights:
Can be sent to any number in the world with the appropriate prefix.
If there is already a country code in the Excel list, there is no need to add it.

writing a message

Highlights:
You can write unlimited characters and add emoji.
You can copy and paste text into the system.

Step 9
Adding files

Highlights:
You can add photos, videos or pictures to the message.

Step 10
Automatic replay

You can set up an automatic response to incoming messages in the system, click on the appropriate button to activate an automatic response.

Step 11
Automatic answer setting

Write the text for the automatic answer in the appropriate place.
Add files to the autoresponder in the appropriate place.

Step 12
send setting

To start sending immediately, select the appropriate button.
To schedule a future send, select the appropriate button and set a date and time.

Step 13
risk selection

You have the option to choose that the sending will be done only to people you had a conversation with in the past on WhatsApp (green button).
You have the option to choose that the sending will be done to all the recipients you have set for sending (red button).

Choice of settings

You can set sending speeds, stops and intervals in the settings button.

Highlights:
It is recommended to always send at very slow speed and also to set intervals and stops.

Campaign history
The summaries of the campaigns you carried out are saved in the system, you can see them with the appropriate button.

New campaign

To start a new campaign, select the appropriate button

Extract numbers from groups

You can extract mobile number from any WhatsApp group you are a member of.
You have to enter the fetch groups tab, click fetch groups to see all the groups you are a member of and then choose which groups to extract numbers from.

Number filtering

If you want to check an existing file or check manually whether the numbers have a WhatsApp guy in filtering numbers.

Highlights:
The system only reads text files (ms-dos). If there is no prefix in the file, add a prefix.

If you want to send and save in the system different WhatsApp numbers for sending, click on the file button and then on the open new profile button.

The action will open a new shortcut on your desktop to the system, where you can scan the additional WhatsApp and send messages simultaneously from different screens.

Highlights:
The new screen will be saved on the desktop. you can remove it at any time.
